ALLIE + CHELSEA - A beautiful Michigan wedding under the willow tree:)

    The heartfelt love on display at Allie and Chelsea’s beautiful wedding - will live on forever in their life’s story. It was a spectacular fall afternoon, not a cloud in the brilliant blue sky, as Allie and Chelsea exchanged their wedding vows.  They were surrounded by immediate family - in  a place that has held a special significance in Allie’s family for generations - under the willow tree in the backyard of her childhood home.  It was the same spot her sister was married over 3 years ago - and Allie officiated that ceremony.  This time - her sister was honored to now have those rolls reversed - as she performed the ceremony for Allie and Chelsea:) 

    Chelsea and Allie have been together for a few years and are a true compliment to one another. They both posses the most wonderful sense of humor - which to me is the biggest secret to a happy life:) They’re definately both have the “glass half full” kind of mentality!  It was so special to hear the vows they had written for each other.  They each shared the fact that soon after their first date - they knew right then - that they were looking at the person they envisioned their life with.  And it is certainly evident to all that know them - that they have found a forever love.  As it turns out, there is a special willow tree in Chelsea’s family as well - and my favorite part of the ceremony was when they each took a cutting from these special willow trees and put them together in a vase as one.  They are going to plant them together in hope of starting a new story with their own willow tree - for future generations to enjoy.  I wish them a long and happy life together - strong like the magnificent willow tree and with the ability to shelter each other and bend but never break -like it’s beautiful branches.
