ALEXIS + JORDAN - A beautiful “snowy” fall wedding in Midland, Michigan

   I have known the bride Alexis and her family for over 20 years! Our kids went all thru school together and grew up as friends - so as you can imagine, I was so very honored to be able to document one of the most special days in their lives!  I am beyond fortunate to have such wonderful friends!

    I always knew it was going to take a pretty special guy to win over Alexis’s heart - and Jordan is exactly that! He is the most genuine, kind and loving person and the two of them just shine when they’re together!!  They are both from very close knit families and it is heartwarming to know they will, one day,  be able to raise their children together with so much family surrounding them!

    The entire wedding day was smooth sailing - everyone was so calm and relaxed and believe it or not - right on schedule with all of the events of the day:)  We had so much fun out and around Midland with the wedding party- despite the cold. We were hit with some pretty early snowfall that week - even for early November in Michigan, but no one seemed to mind!  Alexis and Jordan even had their precious pups join us for a few pictures!  

    Their reception was beautiful - and quite a party!  One of my favorite parts of the evening was the speeches before dinner.  They were all wonderful - so much laughter and tears.  Alexis has a twin sister that gave such a heartfelt testimony to the love and bond they share and how happy she was for her and her new brother-in-law - not a dry eye after that one:)
